Southeast Texas Health System (STHS) is a Provider Network along the Gulf Coast of Texas. STHS is unique in that the network is the combined efforts of local, community-based physicians and hospitals in your area. The STHS Network was formed to provide you with the best each provider has to offer.
THE CHOICE IS YOURS
An important feature of the STHS Network is the freedom you maintain when choosing your physician and hospital. You may choose any provider you wish; however, when you visit a hospital or physician listed in this directory you will receive the maximum benefits offered through your health insurance plan.
HOW TO USE YOUR PROVIDER DIRECTORY
This directory will help you identify providers in the STHS service area. If you have any questions concerning the STHS Network call toll free to 1-866-645-STHS (7847) or local 645-1762.
Coverage for specific services depends on your health care plan. Any questions concerning eligibility or benefits, please contact your Human Resources Department, claims administrator or insurance company as directed on your identification card.
Because Southeast Texas Health System is continuously growing and changing, we suggest you always verify that a provider is currently participating in STHS before you seek or receive service from that provider. You can obtain current provider participation by calling toll free 1-866-645-STHS, but you should still verify with the provider that as of the date you are receiving service that they are still a STHS Network provider.
